Distribution services
Distribution services are very important in the manufacturing industry as it not only ensures that the product reaches the customer safely but also influences the customer's satisfaction with the company's overall services. The following is a detailed description of the distribution service process:
**Packaging**: First of all, the manufactured non-standard mold parts and machinery parts need to be properly packaged. The main goal of packaging is to protect the products from damage during transportation, and also to consider the impact of the way of packaging on the efficiency of transportation. For larger and heavier fittings, it may be necessary to pack them in wooden boxes, while for smaller fittings, foam boxes or plastic bags can be used.
**Choosing the mode of transportation**: When choosing the mode of transportation, it is usually necessary to consider factors such as the size of the product, its weight, and the distance to the destination. Common modes of transportation nowadays include land transportation (e.g. trucks), sea transportation and air transportation. For orders that need to be delivered urgently, you can also choose express or specialized truck delivery.
**Logistics Tracking**: After the products are sent out, the logistics tracking system can be used to keep track of the location and transportation status of the products, so that problems can be solved in time, and this information can be provided to the customer to let the customer know the approximate time of product delivery.
**Delivery Confirmation**: After the product arrives at the destination, get the customer's signature confirmation to prove that the product has been successfully delivered. Quality Control

In the manufacturing process of non-standard mold parts and mechanical parts, quality control mainly includes the following steps:
Initial inspection: Before production, quality inspectors need to check the tools, materials and equipment to ensure that they are in good condition and meet the production requirements.
